I, ___________________________________________ have purchased a Miniature or Toy  SCHNAUZER from Patsi Whatley on   ______________________________________.

I agree that I will treat this puppy as a member of the family. Schnauzers are considered an indoor breed. But they love to have outdoor playtime. I agree to provide a home atmosphere inside of my home for my Schnauzer.  In doing so, please provide adequate fencing, outdoor playtime, appropriate food and water supply, plus annual vaccinations, and all health care needed to maintain   a long happy life.

If your lifestyle should change and you are unable to continue to have this Schnauzer, please contact us before placing Schnauzer up for adoption. Our family will be glad to place your Schnauzer or have them added to our family.

I will be given 48 hours to have a licensed Veterinarian evaluate my new puppy.   Each of our puppies is given worming series starting at 2 weeks of age. And will be given until a month old, then once a month you should have your vet also do a worming.   Please inform your vet that the first puppy shot was given at the age of six 6 weeks. – Canine Distemper-Adenovirus Type2-Parainfluenza-Parvovirus Vaccine- modified live and killed virus Leptospira Bacterin. This information will be in your puppy’s Health Record Book.

We are very careful to keep the surroundings in which the puppies are kept free of debris and have had 100% success in having healthy happy Schnauzer babies. We work with all litters to have well-adjusted “family member”. Please inform us immediately if your Vet should find anything life threatening. With a Vet certificate we will replace your puppy with a littermate. If a replacement IS NOT AVAILABLE we will then and only then refund in full the purchase price of your puppy. This offer is only within the first 48 hours after leaving the breeder. Our guarantee also covers any genetic defect for up to one year from date of adoption. A statement from the Vet stating defect will be required. We will then attempt to place another puppy from another litter in your home within 1-6 months.

NO OTHER TYPE OF REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, AND BREEDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS INCURRED.

REMEMBER!   We ask that in the future, if your life style should change and you need to find a home for your Schnauzer please contacts us before doing so.
