Welcome to our Bungalow.

Up until 4 weeks of age Mamas and Babies have been in the little big house with Mama Patsi. At that time babies start to work on potty training, going from paper training to outside grass training.

Mama and babies belongings are moved to The Bungalow. Spending early morning hours working on eating from a platter, then to bowls, and learning about grass potty training, to work on socialization skills makes for a full morning here on the Farm. When we have more than 3 litters growing up to that age it is a very full morning. We are all ready for a nap when working with 12-16 puppies in that time frame. It’s all so much fun! Everyone should have my job!

Nap time brings us inside the Bungalow to individual quarters for each Mama and her Babies. They are all use to “color” in the little big house, and therefore a little bit of décor has been done to make each suite a bit different from their neighbors. We have 12 suites to accommodate expecting mothers and Mama and their babies.

The residents have their own Play Yard away from The Clan Play Yard. They learn to climb a few steps, leaving the landing to the grass…...helping them to get ready for stairs if their new family homes have stairs. The neighbors come and play with all the litters almost daily. What fun and pleasure these babies and mothers give everyone.
