"SHADOW SHADOW SHADOW"
As my grand-boys in Corpus Christi , Tx call her. My retired Grandma Shadow is the sweetest Schnauzer living in our book! But of course each of you feels the same about your Schnauzer family. Shadow has the wonderful traits of her Great-Great-Grandmother, Lit'l Bit. After Lit'l Bit died in 1999, my marriage ended and life started fresh when I bought back part of my line that had been adopted by a breeder in Caldwell , TX . Shadow was my special prize..she was a link to my Lit'l Bit that started Lit'l Bit of Heaven. In October 2005, Shadow came up missing from our new home in Dime Box, and the whole community rallied to find her. Her friendliness had gotten her in trouble. When called from the road she entered a stranger's car that took her miles and miles from her home all the way into another county. But the reward money brought her home. The Clan and I missed her those few days, and I never want to experience that again. Just wanted to make this note here, as a warning to all that have Schnauzers as friendly as Shadow, that there are dangers lurking around all corners, even on dead in streets..
